Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digtrix, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including web and app development, maintenance, SEO, digital marketing, and other related solutions. Since we do not offer physical products, our return and refund policy focuses exclusively on digital service deliverables.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Commencement: You may cancel any project or service before work has commenced without incurring any charges. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
  • After Project Commencement: If a project has already started, cancellation may be subject to a fee, depending on the progress and resources allocated to the project. Any such fees will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure client satisfaction with all our digital services. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service has not been initiated or delivered as agreed, a refund may be initiated only after a thorough discussion to review the circumstances.
  • Partial Delivery: If only part of a service is delivered and you are dissatisfied, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. We will work closely with you to resolve any concerns and deliver the desired outcomes.
  • Project Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverable, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, if applicable, work on a resolution or partial refund based on the specific situation.

Contract Terms
Refunds and any related terms will be clearly outlined in the project contract. These terms will be considered final and binding. By agreeing to the contract, you acknowledge and accept the refund conditions specified within it.

No Refunds
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Changes in requirements or scope after the commencement of a project.
  • Failure to provide the necessary access, information, or resources required to complete the project.
  • Dissatisfaction due to changes in strategy or preference that were not outlined in the initial project agreement.

Service Modifications
We are committed to refining our services to your satisfaction. Minor revisions and modifications are included in our service delivery, based on the scope outlined in the initial agreement. Significant changes or additional work requested after project completion may incur additional charges.
